  Went to jack astors last night and I must say the service was incredible, a very nice host opened the door for me and was understanding when I wanted to move tables multiple times, my server was great, nick I believe, food was just ok but the service made up for it!

  Had a terrible experience this evening at Dartmouth Crossing location. Waitress took our drink and food order and basically disappeared... leaving my wife and I sitting there waiting, waiting, waiting...our food arrived but still no sign of our drinks (or our waitress). A different waitress brought us our food and we asked her to get us our drinks....still no sign of our original waitress. I asked to talk to the manager but he never came out to talk to us....we were informed that the beer flight we had ordered would be taken off our bill but we never did get a chance to talk with the manager....we were totally unimpressed and we won't be back there in the near future. As we drove up to the restaurant this evening, we had to decide whether to go to Boston Pizza or Jack Astors....we chose the latter and soon we were regretting that decision. The manager of that location should have come out to see us, that is really inexcusable in the hospitality industry.

  Always good food! Wish they did straws with waters and a real knife with some dishes but other then that perfect!

  I went to Jack Astors tonight with my son and his friend for the first time with high hopes and was let down. From the minute I walked in the door the host was rude as was the waitress not to mention the food was over priced and disgusting. I will not be back.

  The beat meal I have had in my entire life. Service was speedy and friendly. Prices were generally fair. Definitely going to go again!!!
