  Love this salon. I go there every time we visit NS from NB. Very friendly and experienced staff. Great location at Dartmouth Crossing. They serve you tea and will touch up your makeup. They go the extra mile every time.

  If I could give a lower rating for customer service I absolutely would. Booked an appointment through the online booking feature for a late afternoon appt. Made a note expressing that I would be using a groupon for my appt.

  I could have been phoned well in advance to explain the issue and my mistake. Now I’ve made time in my schedule (not always easy as a mom of 3) to get my hair cut and be here on time and have wasted most of my afternoon.

  When I arrived I was told that she noticed the note for the groupon purchase and that unfortunately I could not use it on a Friday. As a front desk customer service agent myself, I’m appalled that your staff doesn’t check the daily appointments at the beginning of each day, go through paperwork and customer notes and make sure everything is in order for the day. I have no problem with using the groupon on another day, but the fact that your staff waited until I came all the way out to Dartmouth crossing For the appointment to tell me I couldn’t use it is ridiculous!
