  It's really hard to find an employee to help you at this location and they sometimes aren't terribly helpful when you do find one. What they say is in stock on the Walmart website at this location is often nowhere to be found on the shelf in the actual store. And I've never had a successful experience asking an employee to check for said supposedly in stock item in the back.

  Typical Wal-Mart. Competitive grocery prices. Wish there were more small carts available as I don't usually need a large one but have to use it anyway. Don't really care for the McDonald's inside. It's always dirty.

  The man at the door called my son over and asked if he wanted a sticker. He even gave him a minute to become comfortable enough to take it instead of shoving it in his face. It made his day. The lady in the pet aisle happily scanned the item I had when all the scanners were down. She did not act like I was inconveniencing her. Over the holidays you can get some super rude customers and over whelmed staff. It was sooo busy but everyone working was still so pleasant.

  Recieved great customer service from this Walmart. Was visiting from out of town (Toronto) to do an event at the Halifax Convention Centre and Morgan in the Electronics/Furniture department put all stools on hold for me that I needed (before my flight) and was still there hours later and got them quickly out of the back for me. I forget his name, but the red-headed gentleman in Electronics was very helpful too.

  The grocery section of this location has declined severely in the last couple of years. Always Lots of items out of stock and shelves empty for long periods, freezers and coolers with filth and frost buildup, shopping carts all over the parking lot and blocking traffic lanes (the more popular smaller ones are almost never available), damaged and neglected produce with flies everywhere, WiFi that never seems to work, etc. Clearly with the rumored cutbacks from corporate, the store can't be properly managed anymore. Same issues often exist at other local Walmarts as well.
