    Bought a laptop here today, it had been purchased and returned by someone else (which was fine.) I turned it on and was disappointed to discover that they had not bothered to wipe or reset it. I considered returning it and getting a 100% new one, but it appears I got the last one in the Halifax area, so I'll just reset it myself.

    Purchased a printer 8 months ago, it stopped working. Crappy Staples Replaced it with a demo unit at a discount. Great! That unit quit during set up. Crappie. Returned that unit for a full refund. Great! Staples than set me up with a New unit same spec. At the price I paid for the original printer 8 months ago. Thanks Jason.

    Asked to have an application form from web blown up. Perfect job. Also to have a colour brochure User Manual copied - again, perfect. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional & personable. Impressive !

    Very bad. Tried calling many times nobody answers the call. I purchased chair and requested home delivery, not received, called so many times to follow up on the same, no reply on the phone.
