  I will never shop at Leon's again. I last bought a washer and dryer there. They arrived with the legs missing for the dryer. It took 4 days for Leon's to get the legs and I had to drive 50 kms to pick them up, so.much for free delivery. Next my wife was looking at sofas a salesman came over and asked what she was doing. My wife informed him she was looking at a few sofas and getting pics to show me. The salesman said to her if I needed any questions answered I can call him. He never asked if she had and questions. We didn't buy the sofa there, we found the same one for 100 dollars cheaper elsewhere. The latest was last week I was in need of a freezer ASAP because mine died. They had few in stock and I asked about delivery to the Elmsdale area and explained I needed one soonest. I was informed by the salesman it would be a week plus for delivery, as they don't go out to the sticks that often. I walked out and found the same frezzer for 700 dollars cheaper elsewhere.

  Bought a bed with motor along with other furniture on August 13. Paid a down payment and then on August 16, paid for all my goods. Waited to get all of my stuff in one delivery, which I was told would be the end of August. I was supposed to be waiting for a bed frame. Well, part of my bed was delivered the first week of September- the mattress. Still waiting for the motorized box spring and it is now September 21. Was waiting for it to be delivered today but was told yet again that it will be arriving next week. Meanwhile have Been sleeping in a spare room. Would like honesty when dealing with stores. If you can't get the goods until six weeks time let the customer know so she can shop elsewhere.

  Bought new GE top load washer $749.00 1st day of washing it leaked underneath. 2nd day of washing it turned one of my black pillow cases to an ugly grey. Called Leon's and was told we had 2 options first we could get a tech in to look at. 2nd option we could come in store and choose another one as they had no more of ours in stock. Well they lied because when we went in the lady at customer service said no they do not do that. She then ended up giving us a number to call. We left there very frustrated as we paid $1139.00 after extended warranty and tax to get a new washer and we ended up with junk. By the way read your sales receipt because they do not do refunds on appliances so now we are on the phone with another customer service rep who you could not make out a word she said she then put in a request for a service tech to call us and was informed that it would be within the next 24-48 hours by the way that's just for the tech to call us let alone how long it will take to have someone look at it. So annoyed right now with Leon's. lesson learned don't buy anything else from there if might have an issues with it Guess I should have paid the $600 to have my old washer fixed.
