  Had trouble with delivery and they forgot a few pieces for our couch. So we went and picked them up an hour bus ride away. They also forgot our end tables and coffee table so we rented a car (we are new to NS so we decided to drive around) and picked those up. I bought a desk the same day (my mistake). The desk had pieces that were to long and to short so I could not screw the pieces on together. They refused to cover the cost of delivery and switch for a new desk despite the many errors that we have had with them. Something that is suppose to be simple was made more complicated.

  This store has one of the worst customer services I have ever had to deal with. No one seems to know what they are doing and are so unhelpful. The customer is NEVER right when it comes to buying with these people. If you can't afford to deal with their terrible service then please choose another furniture store.

  Amazing experience! The prices are very reasonable and customer service was amazing. Definitely the most stress free and best experience I have ever had furniture shopping. The staff pushed for same day delivery despite having a booked day and everything went smoothly. It was my first time but will definitely not be my last time buying!

  appreciated the timely manner in which the sofa and chair were picked out and then told we could have same day delivery.. That is a first ever and the cost of delivery was exactly as it was told to me. I will recommend this store to any one and again thank you for the prompt service." Kudos" Really enjoying the new sofa and chair!

  Bought a bed from here, unfortunately after 3 months it ended up breaking! Thankfully the store took it in to fix and ended up replacing it, no charge! Great service.
