  Great place. There aren't a tonne of pet shops in town and it's just the standard chain but the staff are rally friendly. Especially the people helping with the fish. It's worth going here over the supermarket for the basics every single time.

  This location sold me half dead African dwarf frogs. One was dead by the time I got it home, and the other two are barely swimming, not eating, and laying upside down. I should add that they went into an established aquarium. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and 5ppm nitrates. Water was 78 degrees. Not pleased.

  From a glance, they look like they do a nice job on grooming. Don't know their prices but from what I can tell they looked beautiful!

  It's an OK place to visit. I mainly visit this store for dog supplies and bird supplies.

  When I went there, I found around 7-10 budgerigars in a small habitat. I don't suggest doing this and I think they should either get a bigger habitat for them or put less of them in there. I found there was a better amount of birds in the other habitats.

  Adoption centre is OK. I felt so bad for the kitties in there though because it was such a small space! I almost started to cry because I felt so bad for them.

  At the cash, the cashier was a generic cashier. Nothing really special about her. She was nice and ask if a had pet perks and all that jazz. Gave me my items in a bag and I went on to continue my day. Though another cashier came and said that she had to get her test, which I thought was a bit weird in my head why she had to interrupt the cashing process. She could've of said something after I was done buying my items. Oh well, generic cashiers. Nothing special. I loved the dog treats they had near the cash too. They look so good I can eat them!

  Stock was decent. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the store, but I found it on their website. I guess it depends on where you go, I guess.

  Down the back, the staff was quite nice and friendly towards me. They asked if I needed any help and gave me information on my animal that I was looking at. They gave me a little booklet (which you can find down the back on a lot of animals which I found very interesting because a lot of pet stores I go to don't have this option to freely go and get a booklet yourself without talking to or asking a staff person.) which I thought had some great, basic information to get you started. It even included a shopping list!

  They're prices are pretty high, but not really any difference from other pet stores. I bought 3 items for around $20.

  Staff isn't very knowledgeable of the animals I seem to find, but they're OK for a basic knowledge of your animal.

  On their website I found these harnesses for around $30. I went to the store and the price was $40. I suggest fixing this and stick to one price. Preferably the cheaper one! I discovered this problem with other items as well and was disappointed. I really wanted that harness!

  A lady working (I didn’t grab her name) was the most helpful customer service person I’ve ever met. She answered all my questions and didn’t seem rushed to help other people. 100%.
