  Never buy a bike at this location. Lied to and wasted my time. I got a bike last month for my birthday that was to small. In the morning I called this location asked what options I had, response was with no receipt I could return it for the lowest price. I was then in the area over lunch so I stopped in and confirmed what I was told. Found a bike that fits me better put it on hold drove home and got my bike drove back to the store. At this time the manager then told me I couldn't return the bike without the receipt when I explained the situation the manager then accused me of lieing said he knows I didn't buy it within the time. I have never delt with such rude customer service. At anytime they could have said I need to track down the receipt and I would have tried. Managers time may be worthless but mine is not. Awful service and rude accusitorie manager.

  I left this store very mad, empty handed and went to the Halifax shopping center store and got great service from an associate who was very happy to see me patronize their store.

  Worst shopping experience I've had. I felt I was being a bother asking for help. Lots of staff doing nothing but there was only one staff member that was able to help me with men's jackets. Great help once I got a hold of the only person who knows clothing. Then it was hard to keep that staff member helping me. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!! I will not be back.
